The ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, and begin promptly at 4 pm followed by a reception at 4:30 pm.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location; Pomona at Blue Barn in Hilton, NY.

Semi-formal garden attire. For Women: This can include light, airy dresses with floral prints, pastel colors, or soft botanical patterns, focusing on comfortable fabrics like chiffon or silk, with options like midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or a skirt and blouse combo. For Men: Opt for a lightweight suit in a soft shade with a floral tie or pocket square to match the theme.

Yes; we have secured a hotel block downtown for the convenience of traveling (please see the "Travel" tab for details), but there are several hotels closer to the venue if you should choose to stay there. Details on other options are included on the "Travel" tab as well, but a hotel block is not booked under our name outside of the Hyatt downtown.

If you are staying at the Hyatt (where we have the hotel block), there will be a shuttle to take guests to the ceremony at 3 pm at no cost to you. For any guests who are returning to the hotel or would like to join Evan and Taylor for post-wedding drinks, you may return on the shuttle back to the Hyatt which will depart at 10:30 pm.

Yes, parking is available at the venue and is free to park. You may leave your car overnight as well if you would like. Our venue will ensure that once the final person leaves, the venue and parking lot will be closed ensuring cars left overnight are secure. You may then pick your car up at any point the following day.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm.

Yes, the reception will follow directly after the ceremony at the same location of Pomona at Blue Barn.

There will be hand-passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour directly after the ceremony. A sit-down dinner will occur after with options to be selected as you RSVP. There will be options for anyone with dietary restrictions as well.
